You were meant to have energy, feel joy, and not suffer pain. However, when the chemistry in your cells breaks down, disease, fatigue, pain, and depression occur. This changed when I developed multiple sclerosis, an autoimmune disease that confined me to a tilt-recline wheelchair. When the latest drug therapies failed to halt my decline, I began reading the medical science myself and identified 31 critical nutrients that brain cells need to thrive. I made diet and lifestyle changes, started electrical stimulation, and began meditating. Within one year, I was able to walk and even do an 18-mile bike ride.

Each and every one of us can grow stronger, smarter, faster, and even sexier not by relying on drugs or surgeries but by feeding our cells the building blocks that they need to properly conduct the chemistry of life.
