Hi!  I’m Sherilyn Rittgers.  I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner and I specialize in depression, anxiety, and ADHD.

I have been a mental health nurse for over 25 years, working with kids and adults in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. I have undergraduate degrees in psychology and nursing and a Master of Science in psychiatric mental health nursing. After my graduate education I completed a one year fellowship at the Integrative Psychiatry Institute. I am trained in nutritional psychiatry, am a Wahl’s Practitioner, and am certified by the Center for Mind Body Medicine to facilitate mind body skills groups.
