Kathleen Togneri

Kathleen Togneri is a health coach who supports individuals living with autoimmune disease to create their personal wellness program. Since being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1994, Kathleen knows the feelings and challenges facing any person with autoimmune disease —  and it’s not one-size-fits-all. Kathleen’s methodology combines a defined, organized framework based on her diverse training, with a system of feedback and adaptation to attune this framework to individual needs; Discover. Create. Adapt.

Kathleen served on the Board of Directors for Can Do Multiple Sclerosis from 2010-2014, is currently the Event Director for Ski for MS since 2014, and has assisted with numerous task forces and development committees for both Can Do MS and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. In addition to her wide-ranging volunteer work, Kathleen spent 12 months working and living in harsh environments as part of Raytheon Polar Services Company at McMurdo Station in Antarctica.

Kathleen holds a BA from San Francisco State University, as well as a certificate in Holistic Nutrition from Bauman College. She is recognized by Dr. Sarah Ballantyne, PhD as an Autoimmune Paleo (AIP) Certified Coach, and by Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).
