I primarily offer services through my mental health therapy private practice, but also offer direct pay health coaching, both online and in-person (often in an outdoor setting). Through the Backyard Abundance Earthmind program, I co-facilitate speciality group coaching & mindfulness experiences using nature, gardening and plants to heal and regulate the nervous system.
