Stuffed Cabbage

Ingredients
- Stuffing
- 1lb Hamburger or ground turkey
- 1 Onion
- 1/4 cup Raisins
- 1 Tablespoons molasses
- Salt and pepper to taste[br]
- Sauce
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 Fresh Lemon
- 1 Can Tomato Paste
- 1/2 Can water
- 1 Tablespoons molasses
- 1 to 2 TBS grated ginger
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Take raw beef or turkey, mix in stuffing ingredients.
- Add a decent amount of stuffing meat mix and roll with lightly steamed cabbage.
- Cover with tinfoil and bake 20 minutes.
- On the side, while baking, mix Tomato paste, water, chopped onion, lemon, and molasses to pan and bring to a boil.
- Remove rolled cabbage and add mixture from pan on top of all the cabbage rolls. Cover again with tinfoil and put back into over.
- Bake another 20 minutes.
