I have excerpted the following with permission from Minding My Mitochondria: How I Overcame Secondary Progressive MS And Got Out Of My Wheelchair 2nd Edition.

Wild salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, but farmed salmon is not. Use canned wild salmon to make a pleasant dip or sandwich spread.

Salmon Dip for Vegetables
  • 1 can wild salmon
  • ½ stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter (such as almond, hemp, or cashew)
  1. Mix and season to taste.
