Wild salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, but farmed salmon is not. Use canned wild salmon to make a pleasant dip or sandwich spread.
Salmon Dip for Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 can wild salmon
- ½ stalk celery, chopped
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon nut butter (such as almond, hemp, or cashew)
Instructions
- Mix and season to taste.
