Hibiscus tea is a great source of the antioxidants acanthocyanids, polyphenols, and resveratrol.
- 2 tablespoons Hibiscus Flowers
- 4 cups water
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- Molasses to taste
- Boil up to 2 hours.
- The used tea leaves (which are the flowers of the hibiscus) may be blended with a banana and milk for a smoothie later.
