Hibiscus tea is a great source of the antioxidants acanthocyanids, polyphenols, and resveratrol.

Hibiscus Tea – Mukwa Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Hibiscus Flowers
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • Molasses to taste
  1. Boil up to 2 hours.
  2. The used tea leaves (which are the flowers of the hibiscus) may be blended with a banana and milk for a smoothie later.
