Are You Ready to Take Control of Your MS?
Learn the #1 missing link in most treatment plans in this FREE class.
In your journey with neuroimmunity, have you found yourself asking questions like…
Why did I develop MS in the first place?
Why am I not responding better to treatment?
Why did I develop another autoimmune disease, even on “highly effective” medications?
If you’re curious why you’re not getting better, even with “proven” protocols, or why your doctors can’t answer questions like these, then you’re in the right place.
As someone with their own progressive MS diagnosis, I know firsthand what it means to be my own medical advocate.
In fact, I’ve spent the last 30+ years doing the research necessary to help myself and thousands of others reverse the course of their diagnosis and begin to restore physical and cognitive function.
One missing link to proper MS recovery has become glaringly obvious in my many years of study: the MS and gut connection.

What do your guts have to do with MS and neuroimmune conditions?
Hippocrates said that all disease, including multiple sclerosis, begins in the gut! He’s not alone – Chinese traditional medicine, Ayurvedic medicine, functional medicine, and integrative medicine also believe all disease begins in the gut. But, your conventional medicine specialist knows very little about the connections between the gut, brain, and immune system.
Our gut nourishes us. We need a healthy gut to properly digest the foods we eat and absorb nutrients into our bloodstream. Most people with an autoimmune disease do not have a healthy gut.
Do you have gut problems? Bloating? Heartburn? Constipation? Do you need to take laxatives to move your bowels? Do you sometimes have bowel accidents?
Our gut microbiome begins in our mouth. How is your mouth health? Do you have cavities? Blisters or sores on your lips, tongue, or cheeks? Do your gums bleed when you brush your teeth? Do you have bad breath?
Most people with an autoimmune disease have the wrong bacteria and yeasts living in their mouth and bowels. Good bacteria and good yeasts protect our teeth, digest and absorb our food, and maintain a healthy blood pressure. A good microbiome also makes feel-good transmitters, like serotonin and dopamine, and keeps immune cells in balance. Gut health means good health.
When Medications Aren’t Enough
As someone with MS or a systemic autoimmune disease, you’re constantly weighing the pros and cons of your medications and their various side effects.
Or, you’re worried about what will happen when your illness progresses. How much longer will you be able to walk? To work? To live independently in your own home?
You have better options than giving in to declining health! I know because I’ve been there.
And as a physician, I also know the pros and cons of pharmaceuticals and what they can and cannot do.
The stress of the modern world, coupled with epigenetics, childhood traumas and adverse events, and environmental toxins, mean our guts are severely stressed and unable to properly nourish us. Our immune cells and brains are starving for the nutrients needed to keep us healthy. Even if you eat lots of healthy superfoods, if you can’t digest them properly, you will still steadily decline.
To truly reverse the symptoms of MS, you must address the root cause of your illness. For many with an autoimmune disease, the root cause of persistent fatigue, anxiety, depression, and brain fog is problems in the gut.
However, Most Doctors Won’t Order These Tests
But most doctors don’t know that autoimmune disease often begins in the gut. They don’t know which tests to order or how to interpret them.
Here’s why: As our population gets sicker and sicker, the ranges for what’s considered “normal” widen. So when a conventional medicine doctor sees your results, they’re looking within an enormous range.
And they won’t flag anything until you’re on the verge of something going terribly wrong.
There is a better way.
With the right tests, guidance, and interventions, you can get your gut healthy again.
In this free webinar, you’ll learn how to take the first steps toward restoring your gut health and feeling better.

Who is Dr. Terry Wahls?
Dr. Terry Wahls is a clinical professor of medicine at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine in Iowa City, Iowa. She also performs clinical research and has published more than 60 peer-reviewed scientific abstracts, posters, and papers.
In addition to being a doctor, Dr. Wahls is also a patient with a chronic, progressive disease. She was diagnosed with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis in 2000, and by 2003, she had transitioned to secondary progressive multiple sclerosis.
At the height of her disease progression, she was wheelchair-bound because of weakness in her back muscles.
It was at this stage that Dr. Wahls began to study nutrition, lifestyle, and functional medicine techniques to help slow her decline.
Little did she realize she’d be able to reverse the damage.
The Wahls Protocol®, A Radical New Way to Treat All Chronic Autoimmune Conditions Using Paleo Principles, comes from Dr. Wahls’ own quest to treat the debilitating symptoms she experiences as a sufferer of progressive MS.
Her methods have since become a worldwide sensation, transforming the lives of people with complex chronic illnesses.
