Greens as a Wrap
  • Steamed collards or kale
  • Cooked beans (or a mixture of rice and meat).
  • Red Sauce (or salsa or coconut milk)
  1. You can use steamed collards or kale as a wrap.
  2. Place a spoon of cooked beans or a mixture of rice and meat.
  3. Then cover with a red sauce (or salsa or coconut milk) and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
