I just wanted to let you know: I started with meditation and a life coach. Then I went gluten free. Then I kicked up my lifestyle by reading your book and watching your TED talks. Then I added exercise and yoga. I can honestly say that you have changed my life for the better! I will continue to tell people how you have inspired me to get well and get my life back!
