I have been juicing for 3 and a half weeks. I’m eating veggies I’ve never eaten and staying near or over the 9 cups. I have not eliminated the gluten nor dairy…just drastically reduced them. I am still researching the grass-fed meats as they are not readily available and expensive. Just the changes made have brought amazing improvement similar to that of the “I love veggies” poster.
I sleep better and need less sleep, heat tolerance is higher and there is less fatigue, but the best is the clarity of mind. The fog is gone.
I will work toward more implementation of the diet and look forward to my next MRI. I’m eager to compare with previous results.
