Cocoa Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 2 cups hemp milk (or coconut or almond milk)
  • 1 cup boiling water (or ice)
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened organic cocoa
  • 1 – 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • ⅛ teaspoon algae
  • ⅛ teaspoon dried kelp
Instructions
  1. Blend in a blender until frothy.
  2. For a frozen drink use a frozen banana and ice cubes; for the hot drink use the fresh banana and hot water.
Notes
If you are taking nutritional yeast or amino acid supplements, you can also add them to this smoothie.
