Recipe Type: Smoothie
- 2 cups hemp milk (or coconut or almond milk)
- 1 cup boiling water (or ice)
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened organic cocoa
- 1 – 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- ⅛ teaspoon algae
- ⅛ teaspoon dried kelp
- Blend in a blender until frothy.
- For a frozen drink use a frozen banana and ice cubes; for the hot drink use the fresh banana and hot water.
If you are taking nutritional yeast or amino acid supplements, you can also add them to this smoothie.
