I’ve enjoyed reading this book – it is easy to understand and has many useful recipes. Even though I don’t have MS and am basically a healthy person physically, I suffer from depression and fatigue. This book has given me great ideas of how to “cure” my depression instead of just taking pills that cover up the symptoms. When I follow the suggestions and recipes in this book I feel great, sleep better, have more energy and a better outlook. I am able to spend time with my 6 year old son and enjoy our time together instead of feeling agitated.
