- ¼ cup Aronia berries
- 3 cups coconut, hemp, almond or other nut milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon or cardamom
- Place in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
- Variation: Add one overripe banana.
If you can’t get Aronia berries in your area, you can substitute any kind of berries in this smoothie.
