Aronia Smoothie
  • ¼ cup Aronia berries
  • 3 cups coconut, hemp, almond or other nut milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon or cardamom
  1. Place in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
  3. Variation: Add one overripe banana.
If you can’t get Aronia berries in your area, you can substitute any kind of berries in this smoothie.
