“I finally received my copy! There is so much great information. I wish I could have gotten it more quickly as an ebook. I have already read through the info parts several times. The recipes are less useful to me but I’ve heard they will be updated. Fortunately, I wasn’t looking for a cookbook! I’ve already seen some improvements as I implemented the diet! Can’t wait for more!”
