Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Dr. Tyler J Titcomb is the postdoctoral research scholar on the Wahls research team. He is a graduate of the University of North Dakota nutrition and dietetics program and completed a PhD in nutritional science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Tyler’s previous work focused on nutritional status of B vitamins and the health benefits of carotenoids from leafy greens and colorful fruits and vegetables.
Currently he is working towards completing the Institute of Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner program and is hoping to bring his expertise in carotenoids to Dr. Wahls’ research to further our understanding of the mechanisms by which diet affects MS clinical outcomes.
