I have experience supporting individuals with a variety of chronic symptoms responsive to the Wahls Protocol® and complementary approaches. I bring my lived experience overcoming chronic health conditions, such as Lyme disease, hypothyroidism and mood impacts. I primarily offer services through my mental health therapy private practice, but also offer direct pay health coaching, both online and in-person (often in an outdoor setting). Through the Backyard Abundance Earthmind program, I co-facilitate speciality group coaching & mindfulness experiences using nature, gardening and plants to heal and regulate the nervous system.
