Andrea Sprague is a Chef and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner in the Salt Lake City area. She has been creating allergy-free and health supportive meals for clients for over 14 years. Andrea cooks for week-long retreats, regular weekly personal chef clients and also guides newcomers through Elimination Diets. She specializes in creating meals that are catered to her client’s nutritional needs and still make them delicious and satisfying, even without dairy, gluten, soy and sugar.
Andrea enjoys cooking the Wahls Protocol for MS patients, and showing them how to navigate new dietary changes and create an anti-inflammatory kitchen in their home. She has also created online courses for how to Master Gluten Free and Dairy Free Cooking.
