Kale Soup
Recipe Type: Soup
Ingredients
- 1 lb Kale, washed and chopped
- 1 lb Sweet Italian Sausage or Ground Turkey
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut oil
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Celery
- 1 Cup chopped Onion
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Carrot
- 2 Cloves Chopped Garlic
- 8 Cups Chicken Stock
- 2 Cups Beef Stock
- 2 lbs Tomatoes chopped
- 1 Fresh Basil Leaf
- 1 Teaspoon Thyme
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients and cook 2 hours.
Notes
I add seaweed often to this dish!
