Hello! My name is Stefanie, I am originally from Germany but I have lived all over the world.

I have been a Holistic Health Practitioner since 2011. Having worked in a highly stressful environment as an IT Project Manager internationally for 12 years I had a lot of first hand experiences what the wrong lifestyle can do to your health. When I finally decided to leave that world behind and follow my passion of coaching (and a parent) I became my own first client.

I studied at the Chek Institute and am now a Level 2 Chek Practitioner and Level 3 Holistic Lifestyle Coach but I also became a Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist and Mindfulness Practitioner (amongst other things) as you need many pieces to complete the puzzle of whole health. I specialize in digestion and am also able to run lab tests (via Dr Amin) to find out if you might have any parasitic, bacterial or fungal infections.

I work with corporations in my role as performance coach at the Mentally Fit Institute internationally, do 1:1 work and run group programs for individuals who have serious issues with digestion, chronic illnesses, burnout or people who simply want to make sure they do their best to maintain and improve their long term health.
